Equipment Donations

This page references equipment donations (hardware and software, furniture, etc.).  For monetary donations, please write a check payable to Tri-CAP, write “for Cyber Café" in the memo field, and send it to:

Individuals: The Cyber Café is NOT seeking donated computer items from individuals at this time. When we do accept items, it is done on a case-by-case basis. You can view our current technology page for that information.

We cannot accept donations that are just dropped off without prior approval. We have no storage space. And, it costs us just as much money to get rid of equipment as you would have to pay. We cannot afford to get rid of your old or obsolete equipment and we do not have the disposal facilities to do so.

Businesses: The Cyber Café accepts donated equipment if it meets our current needs. We may also introduce your business to another organization that can use the equipment. We have no storage space to hold equipment for other organizations, but are happy to act as an intermediary to introduce the two organizations.  The relationship will be strictly between the donating business and the accepting organization.
